Usage notes

Set the layout before BeginDoc so version negotiation occurs before the PDF header is written
plTwoPageLeft and plTwoPageRight require PDF 1.5 and automatically raise the output version unless StrictVersionLock is enabled
Strict PDF 1.4 or earlier output falls back to plSinglePage for either two-page layout
