Sets the annotation /M modification-date string

Parameters

• PageIndex is the zero-based loaded page index
• AnnotationIndex is the zero-based annotation index on that page
• AModDate is a PDF date string such as D:20260712120000-06'00'

Usage notes

• The method stores the supplied value without changing its time zone or precision
• Invalid indexes leave the loaded document unchanged
• Use GetLoadedAnnotationModDate to recover the stored value
