Performs a full loaded-document rewrite into a caller-owned stream and materializes compressed objects before writing

The method rejects a nil destination or a document currently between BeginDoc and EndDoc

Decoded stream caches are released after saving when ReleaseDecodedStreamsAfterSave is enabled
