Delphi syntax:

Description

Renders a loaded page to a bitmap using the internal cache

Improves performance when rendering the same page multiple times at the same DPI

The caller owns the returned bitmap and must free it after use

An active prefetch request receives cancellation before the foreground operation proceeds

For an existing memory-cache entry, the foreground operation acquires its memory reservation and copies the immutable bitmap while the background worker completes cancellation, then waits for logical completion before returning

A cache miss waits for cancellation completion before compiling or rendering the requested page; a queued reservation rechecks operation cancellation before copying any bitmap

Cache counters and operation telemetry record one real hit or miss, and an overlapping hit retains its memory reservation until the operation finishes
