Releases one clean loaded-page root and its directly owned nested objects while preserving indirect shared resources and reload metadata

PageIndex is the zero-based loaded-page index

Returns 1 when the page graph was released and 0 when the index is invalid, the page is already absent, or safety rules require retention

The method removes page-specific display-list and raster cache entries without marking the document as modified

A later page API call or MaterializeLoadedPage reloads the root from its traditional cross-reference offset or indexed object-stream member

Dirty, must-write, active, encrypted ordinary, and non-file-backed ordinary roots are retained

Callers must serialise access to the loaded document and must not release a page used by another operation
