Rebuilds the appearance stream of a loaded text or choice form field so its widget shows the current /V value

Only text and choice fields are rebuilt; check boxes and radio buttons manage their appearance states through SetFormFieldValue directly
Call it after editing a field's /V, flags, or appearance-related dictionary entries outside the high-level setters, before saving the document
The high-level value setters call this automatically, so an explicit call is only needed for out-of-band dictionary edits
