Writes a hexadecimal signature into the exact placeholder returned by PreparePDFForSigning

Usage notes

• Offsets are one-based positions in PDFBytes
• The signature is padded with trailing zeroes to preserve file offsets
• The method rejects out-of-range offsets and oversized signatures
• Exact offsets avoid replacing an earlier signature in incremental documents
