Some producers write the /Encrypt dictionary directly inside the trailer instead of as an indirect object; rewrite paths need it as a real object, so this method parses the captured dictionary text, allocates the next object number, and registers it in the loaded graph
The method is a no-op when the document is not encrypted, no direct dictionary text was captured, an indirect /Encrypt object already exists, or the loaded object graph is unavailable
When the captured text cannot be parsed as a simple dictionary, the document is marked unencrypted rather than written with a broken /Encrypt entry
