Paginates the contents of a caller-owned TRichEdit without changing its selection or taking ownership

Description

The method uses the control's installed RichEdit implementation for layout and supported static OLE presentation drawing

The call must run on the GUI main thread after BeginDoc; embedded OLE requires AllowOLE=True
