ogjimUpdate applies a v2 incremental update through a copy-on-write transaction after validating the existing graph and delta as one reference space

Returns False without mutating the target and writes a stable explanation to AInfo.Diagnostic

Passwords, encryption keys, and security-handler state are not imported and must be configured separately before saving protected output
