Copies cumulative backend execution counters and the most recent outcome

Parameters

Statistics receives attempts, successes, failures, fallbacks, serialized calls, last elapsed milliseconds, backend name, and failure reason

Return value

True when at least one assigned-backend request has been attempted, otherwise False

Usage notes

• Statistics are updated under the document render lock
• A backend failure followed by a successful software render increments both FailureCount and FallbackCount
• Direct default-renderer calls made while PageRenderBackend is nil do not increment these counters
