Returns the formatted label selected by the greatest applicable number-tree key, including decimal, Roman, alphabetic, prefix, and start-number rules
Returns the one-based decimal page number when the document has no applicable PageLabels entry and returns an empty string when PageIndex is outside the loaded document
Behavior
The lookup traverses direct or indirect Nums and Kids entries with cycle, depth, and object bounds and decodes PDF text strings as Unicode
