Returns lazy /Type /ObjStm indexing and materialisation statistics for the current loaded document

IndexedObjectCount counts authoritative type-2 xref members indexed by object number
MaterializedObjectCount counts members whose object bodies have been parsed
CacheHitCount and CacheMissCount report repeated and first-time member resolutions
CachedBytes reports decoded container bytes retained for member slicing
MaximumBytes and PeakCachedBytes report the configured limit and highest transient decoded occupancy
EvictionCount and ReloadCount report per-container LRU removals and later source-backed reloads

The method returns False for documents without object streams and still clears every field in Info

DecompressAllObjectStreams intentionally brings MaterializedObjectCount up to IndexedObjectCount
