THotPDF.ExtractLoadedPageGlyphsWithForms Method
Private helper of THotPDF behind the page text methods: returns the glyphs of a loaded page together with those of the Form XObjects it paints, in painting order

Return value
True when the page content could be read and interpreted
Usage notes
- Each Form XObject is read once along a chain of nested forms: a form that paints itself, directly or through other forms, is not entered again
- Glyphs of a form whose center lies outside the form's /BBox, its clipping boundary (ISO 32000-1 8.10.1), are left out
- ExtractLoadedPageText and the other text methods use these glyphs after leaving out those outside the visible page box
