Behavior

Objects are ordered by object number and generation, dictionary keys are byte ordered, and stream payloads are copied or base64 encoded in bounded chunks

ogjkSnapshot selects the complete loaded graph while ogjkIncrementalUpdate selects dirty, must-write, and deleted objects

External payloads are published atomically inside ExternalStreamDirectory

Returns False for an invalid destination, unavailable graph state, payload failure, or unresolved reference and reports counters through AInfo
