THotPDF.EnsurePAdESDSS Method
Ensures that pad es dss support objects exist before digital signature and PAdES output is written. Use it when strict validators expect catalog, extension, colour, signature, or conformance dictionaries to be present

- Keep object names, field names, resource names, and returned handles stable until the document is finalised
- Reserve signature space before inserting external CMS or timestamp bytes, and keep byte ranges stable after preparation
