Ensures that loaded acro form support objects exist before AcroForm output is written. Use it when strict validators expect catalog, extension, color, signature, or conformance dictionaries to be present

- Keep object names, field names, resource names, and returned handles stable until the document is finalized
- Loaded-document object references may be indirect; resolve arrays, dictionaries, or streams before inspecting nested values
