THotPDF.EnableTaggedPDF Property
Controls the enable tagged pdf setting used by the Tagged PDF accessibility workflow. Set it before the related page, document, or resource output is written so the generated PDF records the intended state

Usage notes
- Use this API in the Tagged PDF accessibility workflow before the affected page, resource, field, or catalog object is finalised
- Keep object names, field names, resource names, and returned handles stable until the document is finalised
- Keep begin and end calls balanced, provide alternate text for non-text content, and attach MCID values to the right page content
