THotPDF.DrawRegisteredColorGlyph

Draws one color glyph through native COLR v0, bounded COLR v1 paint graphs, restricted safe SVG vectors, CBDT/CBLC strikes, or sbix strikes, then uses the configured rasterization event when a document requires an unsupported operation
