THotPDF.DeleteLoadedPage Method
Deletes a page from a loaded document, removing it from the /Pages /Kids array and the internal page array

Usage notes
- Raises an exception if deleting the page would leave the document with zero pages
- Use THotPDF.CopyLoadedPage or THotPDF.AddLoadedBlankPage when the page count needs to stay above zero
