Configures a PDF 2.0 encrypted-payload wrapper whose document objects stay available at open time while embedded-file streams require a separate password. The wrapper profile encrypts strings and embedded files through StdCF but leaves normal streams unencrypted through Identity, so viewers can render pages before the embedded payload is unlocked. KeyType selects the AES generation used for the wrapper and defaults to aes256
