Behavior

Seed-value enforcement for countersigning or re-signing workflows: reads the /SV dictionary of one loaded signature field and checks a candidate signing profile against its constraints. Returns true when no /SV exists, which is the unconstrained case, or when every present constraint passes; on false the Violation out parameter names the first failing constraint for the caller's error message

SubFilter, DigestMethod, Reasons, and MDP follow ISO 32000-1 12.7.5.5 with the F-bit semantics of 12.7.5.5.3: a forced bit makes a mismatch an error, an unforced bit only filters preferences
