Delphi syntax:

procedure AddLoadedUnderlineAnnotation( PageIndex: Integer; X1, Y1, X2, Y2: Single; const AContents: AnsiString; const AQuadPoints: array of Single );

Description

Adds an underline text markup annotation to a loaded page using coordinates and quad points

Use quad points to specify the precise text line segment coordinates to be underlined

Coordinates are in user space points (72 points per inch)
