THotPDF.AddLoadedStampAnnotation Method
Adds loaded stamp annotation data to the document creation workflow. The call creates or attaches the PDF-side object needed by later output, validation, signing, or page rendering steps

- Keep object names, field names, resource names, and returned handles stable until the document is finalized
- Loaded-document object references may be indirect; resolve arrays, dictionaries, or streams before inspecting nested values
