THPDFZopfliFlateOptions controls the optional Zopfli stage used after the four-strategy maximum-compression zlib baseline

Default enables Zopfli for inputs up to 1 MiB with eight iterations, block splitting, at most 15 blocks, a 1 MiB output cap, and a 30-second elapsed limit

The input, iteration, block, and output limits bound work before execution; elapsed time is measured after the in-process encoder returns, and a late result is discarded because the encoder cannot be safely preempted
