Declared in HPDFXFDF and passed separately from THPDFXFDFAccess, preserving the existing access record's binary layout

Initialize every slot before use; all callbacks receive the Context from the associated THPDFXFDFAccess

ResolveObject resolves a source indirect object for export and may be nil when exported objects are already direct

GetPageIndex returns the zero-based document page index of an exported destination page object, or a negative value when it is outside the document

GetPageObject returns the existing indirect page object for an imported zero-based index; ownership remains with the document

Explicit destination export requires GetPageIndex and Access.GetPageCount, while import requires GetPageObject and Access.GetPageCount; named destinations do not require page resolution

Native headless and THotPDF loaded-annotation entry points provide their own bindings
