Export mapped annotations from the authenticated current graph as bounded UTF-8 XFDF, without adopting or changing the borrowed document

Options.CancellationToken must be nil or equal to the transaction token; effective working storage is capped at half the transaction capacity and output bytes are capped by its output limit

The result reports exported and skipped annotations and decoded attachment bytes; failed export raises an exception
