`Y`	Vertical coordinate of the point

Exchanged by THPDFViewerModel.PagePointToView and ViewPointToPage, with the DPI parameter defaulting to 150
Both conversion directions account for the page /Rotate entry and the current view rotation of the model
On failure the conversions leave the out point at 0,0 and return False
