Reads bounded name, head, hhea, OS/2, post, glyf, and loca metadata without using a desktop font API

The method initializes the result record and returns false for missing required metrics, invalid sfnt signatures or head magic, invalid units per em, or inverted font bounds

TrueType outline availability additionally checks loca format, extent, monotonic offsets, and glyf bounds; CFF sfnt fonts can expose metadata while TrueTypeOutlines remains false

Optional name, OS/2, and post fields use explicit presence flags or documented defaults; all table and field accesses are checked before reading

The method does not perform a complete glyph-program validator or make a rendering, shaping, or embedding permission decision

Existing cmap and metric APIs retain their original behavior; the strict Unicode appearance profile uses the additional HasUnicodeCmap and UnicodeGIDForCodepoint methods
