Queries the original font bytes for a bounded CFF2 table inside an OpenType OTTO container

Returns the table offset and byte count when the container, declared extent, version, header size, and Top DICT extent are valid; otherwise returns False and sets both outputs to zero

This capability query does not validate every dictionary, glyph program, variation region, or embedding permission; the appearance builder performs additional checks before producing output

The offsets refer to the original byte sequence supplied to the font constructor, and no ownership or raw pointer is transferred

TrueType glyf/loca fonts and CFF1 fonts return False

The existing TryGetCompactFontTable method remains a CFF1 query and continues to return False for CFF2
