Reports the outcome of an operation on a pluggable signature provider

HPDFSignatureProvider

Value	Meaning
`spsValid`	The operation succeeded
`spsInvalid`	The signature or input failed verification
`spsUnsupported`	The algorithm, key or capability is outside the provider's contract
`spsMalformed`	The request input is empty, oversized or structurally invalid
`spsProviderError`	The provider backend failed, for example a transport or platform crypto error; remote providers may retry before giving up
`spsCancelled`	The operation was cancelled through the provider's cancellation hook

HPDFSignatureProviderStatusName maps each value to a short display string such as valid, malformed or provider error
Sign and verify helpers fold this status into THPDFSignatureVerifyStatus, reporting spsProviderError and spsCancelled as svCryptoProviderError
