Reports the revocation verdict reached for a certificate during path validation

Value	Purpose
`rvsNotChecked`	No revocation evaluation ran, which is the initial state and the outcome when `THPDFRevocationMode` is `rvmNone`
`rvsGood`	The consumed OCSP response or CRL marks the certificate as not revoked at the evaluation time
`rvsRevoked`	The consumed evidence marks the certificate as revoked; `THPDFCertificateValidationInfo.RevokedAt` carries the revocation time
`rvsUnknown`	No usable offline evidence produced a verdict, for example because no applicable response or CRL was supplied

The verdict is stored in THPDFCertificateValidationInfo.RevocationStatus next to RevocationSource, which names where the evidence came from
Verification reports render the values as the lower-case tokens notChecked, good, revoked, and unknown
rvsUnknown fails the path only when THPDFRevocationMode is rvmRequire
