Configures perceptual page comparison, changed-region reporting, optional overlays, and allocation bounds

Fields

• DPI selects rendering resolution and is capped at 2,400
• ColorSpace selects RGB maximum-channel or luminance difference
• ColorTolerance ignores per-pixel deltas at or below 0 through 255
• MinimumSimilarity sets the lowest accepted SSIM-like score from 0 through 1
• MaxChangedPixelRatio sets the greatest accepted changed-pixel fraction from 0 through 1
• TileSize sets the square tile edge used to join changed pixels into regions
• MaxChangedRegions limits retained region details while preserving the total region count
• MaxPixelsPerPage limits either rendered page before allocation
• MaxTotalPixels limits aggregate compared pixels
• GenerateHeatmaps enables PNG difference overlays
• HeatmapDirectory selects the overlay output directory
• OverlayOpacity controls changed-pixel highlight opacity from 0 through 255

Default values

Default returns 72 DPI, RGB comparison, exact color and similarity gates, 64-pixel tiles, 256 retained regions, 100 million pixels per page, 500 million total pixels, disabled heatmaps, and opacity 160

Invalid finite ranges are normalized to safe defaults or clamped bounds before comparison

Acceptance rule

A page is similar only when changedPixelRatio <= MaxChangedPixelRatio and similarity >= MinimumSimilarity
