Tracks the state machine of a progressive page render driven by ContinueProgressive

    prsCancelled);

Value	Meaning
`prsReady`	The render is reset or still has page objects waiting to be processed
`prsPaused`	The render is suspended between time slices
`prsCompleted`	All page objects were processed and the result can be taken
`prsCancelled`	The render was cancelled and will process no further objects

Read the ProgressiveStatus property of THPDFPageRenderer between ContinueProgressive calls to decide whether to continue
prsCompleted and prsCancelled are terminal; further work requires resetting the progressive render first
A cancellation token or a failing progressive image decode moves the render into prsCancelled
