Reports the outcome of decoding one scan of a progressive image

Value	Meaning
`pidsScanReady`	The scan decoded successfully and more scans remain
`pidsCompleted`	The final scan decoded; the bitmap is complete
`pidsCancelled`	Decoding was cancelled before the image completed
`pidsFailed`	Decoding failed; the decoder's `GetErrorMessage` describes the reason

Returned by IHPDFProgressiveImageDecoder.DecodeNextScan for each decoded scan
pidsCancelled and pidsFailed drive the owning progressive render into its cancelled state
The renderer repaints the partial bitmap after every scan so callers can show a progressively refined image
