Usage notes
- Register a handler for a kind with
AddPageLayer; each kind runs at most once per page even with several registrations - Handlers execute between
GStateSaveandGStateRestoreso graphics state changes do not leak into the page content - Applied kinds are recorded as layout diagnostics under the names background, header, footer and foreground
