THPDFPageDisplayList.QueryObjectIndexes Method

Collects the zero-based indexes of all paint objects whose compiled bounds intersect the query rectangle

Declaration

Parameters

Left, Bottom, Right, and Top define the query rectangle in compiled page space, matching the coordinate space of the object bounds reported by GetObject

Return value

THPDFDisplayListObjectIndexes, an array of zero-based paint-object indexes in display-list order; empty when the rectangle is empty (Right<=Left or Top<=Bottom)

Usage notes

• The intersection test is strict, so objects that merely touch the rectangle edge are not reported
• Paint objects without bounds, such as state-only operators, are always included so callers can walk the full program
• Use GetObject on each returned index to inspect kind, operator index, bounds, and clip flags
