Exposes the loaded page dictionary object the display list was compiled from

Usage notes

• The value is captured when the display list is built and stays valid while the owning document is loaded
• Read-only access to the underlying object graph; the display list never transfers ownership of the page dictionary
• Combine with Resources and MediaBox to interpret compiled paint objects against the original page
