AppendedPageCount | Pages appended into the target document across all sources |

- The assembler keeps at most
MaxOpenFilessources open and closes the least recently used one, soSourceReopenCountgrows when the limit forces repeated reopening - Compare
AppendedPageCountwith the sum of requested page ranges to confirm every planned page was appended - All counters are zeroed at the start of the assembly run and stay zero when
