Adds a named destination that can be targeted by named-destination links

Name | Destination name added to the document name tree |
PageIndex | Zero-based page the destination jumps to |
FitMode | Page fit mode (see THPDFDestinationFitMode); defaults to dfmFit |
Left, Top, Right, Bottom | Position coordinates used by the position-dependent fit modes; default to 0 |
Zoom | Zoom factor used by dfmXYZ; defaults to 0 |
