Usage notes
- Pass a value of this type to THPDFActionBuilder.Movie or to THPDFPage.AddPushButtonWithMovieAction; both default to moPlay when the parameter is omitted
- The value is written verbatim as the /Operation name of the movie action dictionary, so the string written to the file is Play, Stop, Pause, or Resume
- Combine with a movie annotation reference to build pushbuttons that act as playback controls
