The unit is HPDFDoc; Default starts from the appearance defaults with zero padding, UseMatchFontSize true, an unconstrained zero box, atomic application, and bounds of 1024 matches, 100000 glyphs, 250000 content tokens, and 64 MiB each for decoded content and generated bytes

Atomic applies every ready replacement or none when any match is rejected; a non-zero BoxWidth or BoxHeight overrides the matched text box for the replacement

Exceeding any bound raises EHPDFIncrementalOutputBudget instead of committing a partial rewrite
