Value	Purpose
`lheNone`	No hint table was decoded, so the plan carries no encoding classification
`lheInteroperableRowAlignedCombined`	The hint stream decoded under the row-aligned interpretation, giving one combined page and shared-object table
`lheAnnexFTextContinuousSplit`	Only the continuous-split interpretation described by the Annex F hint text decoded, so its page and shared tables are used
`lheIndistinguishableCompatible`	Row-aligned and continuous decodings produced identical page and shared tables, so either reading yields the same ranges

Read the encoding together with the plan Status; a failed plan leaves no decoded table to classify
lheIndistinguishableCompatible is the strongest result because both interpretations agree on every range
The planner publishes lppsInvalidHintTable when the two interpretations disagree, which marks the hint stream as ambiguous
