Default and zero-initialized runs use hrspLegacy; explicit modes use the bounded CSS spacing layout described in run spacing
Point lengths, authored em factors and computed point lengths must be finite and have absolute values no greater than 1000000; negative values and explicit zero are supported
RV serialization retains equivalent computed point spacing while typed runs retain their original authored factors and Double precision; rebuild consumers with matching public record layouts
