This static raster path uses existing appearances and does not play embedded media or activate interactive 3D content

RenderAnnotations=false skips appearances in either usage; other page content and optional-content policy are unaffected by the usage value
This enum selects raster behavior without authorizing printing; the renderer continues to require extraction permission through the borrowed access callback
Unknown enum values raise EHPDFHeadlessRenderError before the permission callback and before destination publication
