Generate combo or list appearances from actual display labels while retaining the selected export values, selection indices and highlighted rows

The fallback option defaults to False; a native call explicitly regenerates the appearance, including when the existing value is equal, and requires the same editable-field, encryption, authenticated DocMDP and FieldMDP permissions as the existing single-font method

Generation is transactional for the loaded field graph; a missing glyph, invalid font, budget failure or cancellation preserves the previous field and appearances

Use SaveToFile to publish the updated graph to an independent destination
