Read a terminal field by zero-based index, including its fully qualified name and inherited type, flags, length limit, and value

Returns a record copy; changing the record does not edit the document

Name-valued button states decode PDF hexadecimal name escapes before UTF-8 conversion, preserving spaces, escaped punctuation and Unicode export names; inherited values use the same decoding as terminal values

Text-string values retain their separate PDFDocEncoding, UTF-16 and marked UTF-8 decoding
