Member	Meaning
`PageIndex`	Zero-based index of a page in the loaded document, from zero through `PageCount - 1`
`Name`	Nonempty Unicode value matched exactly against the annotation's decoded PDF `NM` string on that page

The name is case-sensitive and is not a field name, subtype, object number or annotation text; no case folding or Unicode normalization is applied

Different page indices permit the same name; repeating the same page-and-name identity in one request is invalid

A valid identity with no matching annotation removes nothing; multiple matching names on the selected page are ambiguous and fail

Page indices outside the document, an empty name, malformed annotation arrays and shared page-array owners fail before the destination is published

For callback JSON, the equivalent identity is {"page": 0, "name": "review-note"}; page must be an integer and name a nonempty string
