Classifies the external resource an HTML import pass requests

Value	Meaning
`hrkStyleSheet`	A CSS stylesheet referenced by the imported document
`hrkImage`	An image resource
`hrkFont`	A font resource

Delivered with each OnResource callback so the host can supply bytes from memory or custom storage and set Handled to bypass the default loader
The importer loads stylesheets and images through the same resource path when no handler supplies the data
