Event that supplies hyphenation break positions for a word during line breaking

The unit is HPDFHTMLImport; the handler receives the word text and language and fills BreakPositions with zero-based character offsets where a hyphen may be inserted

Leaving the array empty keeps the word unhyphenated; only positions inside the word are honored

Hyphenated lines are counted by the HyphenatedLineCount field of Statistics
